Whew! So this post is ridiculously late in coming as it's been around 2 months since I posted Part 1 of our October mini sessions.  But November and December were kind of a blur for me with holiday sessions…I was pretty much in survival mode just trying to get everything done and wrapped up before Christmas.  The blog had to take a back seat.  So thanks for your patience! I'm going to try to get caught up this month so everyone can meet all the great families I had the privilege of photographing that last two months of 2009.  First up…

The D family – I've known this family since their oldest was not even 2 I think.  It's hard to remember back that far! Both of these boys are so cute and so full of energy!  And I really love the colors they put together for their session.

My last session was a couple from my church, Stephanie & Michael, and their puppy Layla.  These guys have become great friends of ours and often watch my children for me.  Stephanie loves to have slumber parties with Sydney, which really blows my mind since I never had any interest in having friends' kids spend the night with me when I was a newlywed.  Go figure!  As you can imagine, we had a great time during this session.  I think Layla should go into modeling…

Overall I felt the October mini sessions were a success.  I plan to do them again this year, as well as possibly some beach mini sessions this summer.
