Up until now, I have done most of my portraits either in my studio, or outdoors at a local park.  But I would really like to start getting more into location portraiture – in people’s homes or other natural environments.  So I asked a friend of mine who was pregnant if I could come do her maternity portraits at her house using natural window light.  I also had been dying to create a new collage of a woman expecting in one shot, and holding her newborn baby in another – trying to keep the pose the same in both shots.  So I went back to my friend’s house in February after her baby was born.  Here’s the resulting collage – isn’t it neat?!

Also, here’s one my favorite images of her little baby boy.  I think he was only 2 weeks old here.  I love how this turned out with the window light.
